This repositioning coincides with a full hotel renovation of the 155 room Orlando location, situated on the Summer Bay Orlando resort campus. The $1.3M room renovation includes updated door locking system, flooring, paint, bathroom fixtures, bedding, furnishings, and other soft goods. Additionally, upgrades to pool furniture and exterior and interior signage complete the refresh. Guests of Exploria Express – Orlando will enjoy a completely refreshed hotel experience with access to all the amenities of Summer Bay Orlando, a 400 acre lushly landscaped resort with 64 acre private lake. “This hotel renovation was long overdue and the time was right to overhaul the entire guest experience, beginning with the Orlando, Florida location.
