To our valued Exploria Resorts Owners, Members, past and future guests: The safety and well-being of our owners, guests, and team members will always remain our highest priority. With the recent updates from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we too have updated our protocols across all resort locations. We will continue to operate our resorts in accordance with local and state mandates and no longer require protective face masks to be worn throughout our Exploria Resorts environments. We continue to encourage our team members to get vaccinated and have protocols in place if a team member is unwell or exposed to the COVID 19 virus. All team members and guests who are fully vaccinated, are no longer required to wear a protective face mask throughout the resort environments. We will use the Honor System throughout all locations and will trust one another to act responsibly to preserve the health and wellness of all. We strongly encourage team members, resort guests, and visitors to wear a face mask if not vaccinated or if at risk. The taking of temperatures at entry points around all resort locations has been discontinued. We've come a long way since March 17, 2020, when we first implemented our response to the worldwide pandemic. Our goal from the very beginning of this long journey has been to do our very best to keep everyone healthy and safe while keeping our resort operations open and continuing to serve our valued owners and guests.
