We are operating in accordance with local and state mandates, practicing social distancing, and taking extra precautions to keep our owners, guests, team members and all who visit our resort locations safe. We continue to provide exceptional vacation experiences during this time of abundant caution. In particular, this means the wearing of facemasks is required at resort check-in and throughout all public indoor spaces such as restaurants. What we're doing in response to the Novel Coronavirus We are actively monitoring updates from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and will continue to respond based on the best advice of governments, public health authorities and medical professionals. Our commitment to maintaining high standards At Exploria Resorts, we are committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. In response to the Coronavirus, we have taken additional measures developed in consultation with global and local public health authorities (including the WHO and CDC) to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous: Across all of our resort locations, we are: • Increasing the rigor and frequency of cleaning and sanitizing procedures throughout each resort. • Disinfecting common surfaces with hospital-grade products more frequently. • Making hand sanitizers and disinfecting wipes available at many locations.• Enforcing local and state ordinances specific to the wearing of masks - especially when in interior spaces (IE: Registration, Lobby, Clubhouses, Preview Center, Activities Center, or restaurants).• Requiring temperature checks of our arriving guests, specifically at Registration, Lobby, Clubhouses, and Preview Centers.Some modifications to resort amenities may occur during this time of abundant caution. Your Travel Flexibility Please know that we are committed to offering flexible booking options and we understand that the decision to travel at this time is personal and that many factors are involved. A request to change travel plans at this time may be done without incurring a change fee. Cancellation policies do apply for any cancellation of reservations.
